Monitor sites with CE congestion alarm, high RTWP, IP package lost and with clocking alarm. Isolate cells with high RTWP alarm by RTWP trace and frequency scanning. This is to know if high RTWP is caused by internal or external interference. Troubleshoot NodeBs with IPPATH package lost alarm by performing ping test in NodeB going to RNC and in RNC going to NodeB. - Check the RNC board utilization (SPU and DPU) to ensure no congestion. Verify the NodeB status of newly on-aired NodeBs through RNC LMT and NodeB LMT. Also, check the NodeBs visibility in M2000 and check for its active alarms.
