PURPOSE:

To assist in service, maintain, install, Pullout and teardown of ESP Equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESP & PCP downhole installations on rig floor.

Coordinates, organizes, and directs the activities of ESP rig floor participants.

Provides training and technical assistance in ESP equipment installation and pullout.

ESP power cable to cable splice, cable to MLE splice and MLE to motor pothead splice, Cable to lower pigtail splice, upper pigtail splice, PCP gauge carrier and mono-core cable assembly.

ESP running in hole assembly.

PCP running in hole assembly.

ESP pullout of hole and observation of equipment and reporting it to the concern team for further actions.

PCP pullout of hole and observation of equipment and reporting it to the concern team for further actions.

ESP & PCP workshop activities assistance like testing motor, pump, seal, sensor, Gas separators.

Cable spooler inspection and maintenance.

Perform general housekeeping functions including cleanliness of equipment and machinery.

Assists in determining need to requisition maintenance supplies spare parts tools and equipment.

Identifying of materials and tools required for the job.
