Managed renovation of Hanger 23 at Hickam AFB. Complete gut w/new air handlers, new chillers and pads, new offices on two floors complete. Managed and coordinated the Antelope Valley Mall extensive interior remodel and expansion. Managed the development of all the A.V. Mall out lot pads for three restaurants, theater, and Hilton Hotel. Graded and prepared the pads for the out lots and installed underground utilities for same. Supervised General contractors and subcontractors on these projects to include building and infrastructure work. Worked closely with the governing agencies for the development and installation of the underground utilities for these out lot buildings. Projects also include a wide range of Tenant improvements on various types of commercial shells, Tilt ups, and steel buildings.
