●Experienced in all aspects of Commercial, Public Works, Schools, and Residential construction projects.

●Extensive experience on Federal Navfac /USACE projects with over 7+ yrs, Public works 21+ yrs, Owners Rep/PM commercial 7+ yrs. Multifamily experience with over 30 yrs residential experience.

●Capable of bringing projects in on time and budget. Excellent at solving problems, and providing attention to detail which is second to none, while being very productive. Maintained excellent professional relationships with customers, employees, subcontractors, Architects, Engineers and Building Inspectors. Familiar with building codes and construction methods.

●Capable of reading blueprints, issuing RFI's, holding weekly meetings, weekly safety meetings, negotiating change orders, and visualizing the finished product. Versatility based on experience, initiative, and a strong work ethic should and will benefit any employer.

Managed renovation of Hanger 23 at Hickam AFB. Complete gut w/new air handlers, new chillers and pads, new offices on two floors complete. Graded and prepared the pads for the out lots and installed underground utilities for same. Supervised General contractors and subcontractors on these projects to include building and infrastructure work. Worked closely with the governing agencies for the development and installation of the underground utilities for these out lot buildings. Projects also include a wide range of Tenant improvements on various types of commercial shells, Tilt ups, and steel buildings. Installation of underground utilities both dry and wet, New site work and off site work, Cafeterias, Fire sprinklers, Fire alarm systems, basements w/shotcrete walls, poured concrete decks, colored concrete, elevators and wheel chair lifts. Held weekly safety meeting and weekly contractor meetings. Involved with all divisions of the finish product.
