Roles and responsibilities :

Was responsible for the entire camp & office a work force of Maintaining documents related to Camp, Stores, Mess,and,laundry,Planning&Implementation,Cost,Control,

Diesel purchase, Maintaining record for water tanker otherwise meter reading on weekly basis, Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record, Supervision of Staff/Workers catrings Co-ordination with higher management. For new Arrivals/departures - Co-ordination with HR for distribution of company letters etc. - Camp Maintenance, - Supervision for Housekeeping (Cleaning of camp, corridors, surrounding etc.) Any sick person arranges medication/transportation (If required) Checking rooms every day Any body absent or sick) keep record- Rooms allotments Accommodations for new arrivals, Disposable of waste materials on daily basis. Basis maintaining food cost, inspection of the food products, and medical certification for the employees, working in the kitchen. Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, safety & security. Ensure discipline in the camp. - Report workers staying in the Camp/not reporting to duty on daily basis to HR along with the valid reason on each case.

Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR department. Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all labors staying in accommodation.Responsible for the clearance of sewage water from septic tanks and garbage disposals.Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.

• Maintain all office systems in accordance to the prescribed standards in order to ensure smooth functioning at all times

• Handle customers on telephone and in person with queries and problems

• Train new employees in administrative tasks within the department

• Maintain records and file data according to category

• Communicate with management, staff, suppliers and customers to ensure a pleasant work environment.

• Proficient in providing project support to different work teams based on standard procedures and policies

The Administration Department consists of support staff with responsibilities for functions all administrative issues, Legal and Public Relations activities and camp maintenance across the Group.

The Administration Department provides services as under:

Staff accommodation facilities and maintenance

Travel arrangements

Medical Insurance and Medical facilities for employees at project site

Welfare facilities including Hygienic Mess, Staff recreation club, etc.

Procurement of Stationery, GSM, Office Equipment and furniture

Compliance of statutory requirements, Legal opinion /assistance

Provision and maintenance of office space with furniture and fixtures

Facilities Management for Group offices and owned/leased accommodations

Leave & Settlement processing

Negotiation & Leasing arrangements for accommodations for residential/commercial purposes, plots for various official requirements

In other words, the Department has many different roles and activities, but the common objective is to ensure that the Group is in a position to succeed with its main tasks.
