As a team we service 78 residential and commercial real estate offices, 40 title locations, 630 staff and over 5000 real estate agents across the state of FL. My team and I maintain a world class NPS (net promoter Score) of 78 and a customer task acceptance and resolution KPI (Key performance indicator) of 100.

● Work with Realogy’s senior management team to understand, create and implement IT solutions that support company goals and objectives as well as assist our team in supporting our customers data and voice system's needs.

● Serve as Director of Information Technology for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in NJ, CT, and Westchester, NY, where my team and I support information systems for nearly 100 offices.
