Directed Mechanical Design Group for World Hoist development project including creating a sales brochure.

Managed design and release of new hoist frames, drums, bottom blocks and gearboxes for 5 hoist models.

Built and maintained 9 prototypes for life cycle testing.

Managed development of 5-ton hoist model using new and existing components.
