Designed, developed, and modeled (CREO 3.0) mechanical sub-systems that are used in new railroad track maintenance equipment.

Directed Mechanical Design Group for World Hoist development project including creating a sales brochure.

Managed design and release of new hoist frames, drums, bottom blocks and gearboxes for 5 hoist models.

Built and maintained 9 prototypes for life cycle testing.

Coordinated new product development that resulted in $6.4 million in sales.

Managed development of 5-ton hoist model using new and existing components.

Managed cost reduction projects including replacing existing brakes and reconfiguring travel drives at a savings of up to $450/unit.
