OBJECTIVE: A Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Industrial Security position where I can use my senior program experience, education, and training to provide cost effective solutions, for protecting classified Materials.
The culmination of my experience allows me to manage Facility Security as the (FSO), to include Personnel security & SAR/SAP programs. I oversee the implementation of appropriate access controls to ensure that access to systems, data, and programs is restricted to authorized and trained users. I act as a CSSO/SSR to accredit SCIF’s and control SCI and collateral information. I use automated SIMS systems for security management accountability. I manage classified document programs, and conducts inventory. I conduct security audits, DSS compliance inspections, I manage the COMSEC account. I design & manage employee security awareness programs to insure training requirement are met. I hire, plan and supervise the Guard force. I have a strong knowledge of alarm systems, I plan system upgrades and supervise maintenance for Burglar, fire and CCTV and access controls. .

A long-standing supervisory career in the Civilian Intelligence Career Development Program (ICDP) based on continuous promotion from 1986 until retirement in 2009 as a GS-14 grade @ $134K annual.
AECOM/URS Corporation 2009 to 2015 – Senior Analyst Homeland Security & Law Enforcement, Germantown MD, working at Pentagon Force Protection Agency, provided expertise to HSPD-12 and other Anti-terrorism force protection programs.
