In my current role at SetDec.Net, I manage the business receivables and payables; client accounts; supplier accounts; ordering and receiving stock and managing the business inventory. I also manage the website, domain, and Office365 team accounts; as well as designing our digital service offering catalogue. I also provide general tech support and file handling and correction for large format print technologies. More recently I’ve undertaken the role of project manager. I track workorders, prioritise and delegate tasks, and provide support to team members to ensure planned delivery and client satisfcation. A recent opportunity which I regrettably had to leave due to relocating to Canada, was as a technology; data and laboratories graduate at Suncorp Group. In this role I gained experience and professional training in software development, user experience and user interface design, graphic design, data flow design and business analysis. As a grad I was able to contribute on many projects and gained professional training and certification in Agile business planning and management. I was asked by my leader’s leader to design and develop an online service offering catalogue which represented our portfolio’s ability to the rest of the Group. A recent role I undertook was a 6 month contract for the Byron Bay Surf Festival. This festival runs annually and attracts big names in surfing and sustainability culture. In this role, I was responsible for all digital and print media, advertising, pre and post festival promotions, maps, signage and way finding. I also managed the festival website and coordinated announcements, media releases, and troubelshooted website and domain issues. I coordinated with the festival director, general manager, media, other contractors, volunteers and operations teams to ensure festival success. This role was demanding and I was delivering to deadlines with very little lead-time. EDUCATION
