EPTT Project (Client: AT&T)

EPTT or Enhanced Push-to-Talk is a capability that allows dispatchers and field workers to talk to each other using two-way radio, desk phone or AT&T EPTT device.

Responsibilities

Prepare Test Strategy document with Scope, Test Environments, Acceptance Criteria, Tools Required, Resourcing Requirements and Release/Launch Management Strategy.

Expand the Scope and Acceptance Criteria into detailed test-cases and document them in test matrix.

Perform UI testing, Functional (Positive and Negative scenarios) testing, Regression testing on new builds, Security Testing (authorization of features for users), Compatibility Testing (device compatibility) on EPTT mobile app.

Report new bugs with reproduction steps and logs, validate and retest closed bugs, update valid bugs with root-cause explanation, re-assign and justify re-opened bugs to development team.

Conduct meetings to debate bug severity and prioritization for launches with senior management.
