although I was in the same Department the whole 12 and a half years that I work at Country Coach I did many different things. basically I work on a crew or we prepped and installed all the parts necessary to make a running chassis out of a bare bones skeleton of a chassis,,, we pushed him in the building with a forklift and drove them out of the building under their own power. include installing all the air systems, all of the run an engine harnesses and fuel lines, cooling systems the hydraulic systems and the cat and Cummins Motors.during new year model changes I work directly with the R&D engineers and air systems and hydraulic systems. 2 years and 9 months of my time there I was a line supervisor or what we called and am an area manager,which entailed exactly what it sounds like I ran mac line. also during the time that I was area manager we've participated in 1 hour a week management classes. I also spent a year on the Safety Committee and was Employee of the Month twice. also the whole 12 and a half years I was there,, although it wasn't a full-time job, it was on an as-needed basis, I pretty much did all of the forklift driving for our building.
