Perform Stress Analysis for Boiler External and Non-Boiler External piping by using Caesar II.

Coordinate with other engineering activities (Internal/External) wrt interfaces for stress analysis.

Preparation of Strength Calculation for Pipes and Fittings as per ASME 31.1 & IBR.

Preparation of proposal material estimation BOQ for Machine block critical piping.

Detail Engineering of the boiler components.

Ensure fulfilment of design, quality, erectability and functionality at the best cost per the project and contractual requirements.
