Sr. engineer in M/S SOPAN O&M CO.PVT.LTD under the client Gail( India) limited, IOCL, HPCL,& BPCL from Nov 2015 .

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality system, processes and documentation:-

Preparing, reviewing and commenting: quality manuals, project quality plans, procedures, work instruction, safety & health manuals for project in accordance with ISO:9001:2000 Standards and contract requirements .

Planning, Billing & Procurement:-

Review vendors approve list, material requisitions and check documentation, datasheets for traceability and completeness. Preparation of Ra bills for the project and planning for execution of job. Preparation of daily progress report, monthly progress report & projected schedule . Fabrication & construction:-

Review drawing, inspection & test plans, as built, project fabrication /construction procedure and quality records witness inspection, destructive and non destructive activities ( Inspection & test plan )

Quality, witness, monitor welding processes, welders and welding operators . Inspection of hydro/pressure test.

Witness & verify calibration of instruments, measuring & testing equipments . monitor project progress .

Installation and commissioning:-

Review and approve installation procedure, conduct pre-commissioning activities with commissioning team . Commissioning the facility and hand over the facility to the client for online operation .

Destructive /Non destructive:-

Capable of carrying out ultrasonic flaw detection, radiography examination, magnetic particle test, dye penetrate test and other NDT methods .

Witness Destructive and non destructive testing for welding procedure, welders qualification, bend test, tensile test all weld tensile test, charpy test, hardness test . STRENGTHS
