PERSONAL SUMMARY

In my early career and during the course of my studies I have gained an understanding about C, object oriented programming in Java, decision support systems and cryptography, among others, but I have since then shifted to the .NET/Microsoft umbrella of technologies. From February 2018 onwards, I have pursued the dream of working and settling in Australia, while developing new skills, namely in the MERN technology stacks, which led me to complete a Node.JS and a React.JS online courses, both lectured by Microsoft.

I am currently looking to further improve my knowledge and experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, the Azure technology stack and DevOps. I have been creating desktop and web applications using these technologies/methodologies in the last 4 years, and in the last year I started developing serverless architectures.

Designed, developed and optimised C# applications in a micro- services architecture by using TDD and DevOps best practices, deploying them to the cloud on Azure serverless, towards the goal of helping people to keep track of their health through wearable integrations with our mobile app and big data analytics. I deployed dozens of R scripts to our solution, as well as Pythons scripts as Azure functions, that helped our app to become one of the most influential health-related apps, both on Play and App stores. Developed applications with a strong focus on client demands and user experience, having had often to create UIs (user-interfaces) and migration procedures.
