Effect of SN on Electrical properties of Chalcogenide Se-Te System
Chalcogenide glasses were prepared by melt quenching technique. The amorphous nature of as prepared glass was confirmed by XRD. The effect of Sn additive on the dark conductivity (σd) is studied in amorphous Se75Te25 binary alloy. This project was completed under the supervision of Prof. Navdeep Goyal, Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Supply for clipping and clamping circuits
A variable DC supply was prepared for biasing clipping and clamping circuits. This project was completed under the supervision of Prof. Navdeep Goyal, Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
