• CDR Management

- On time SMS CDR Collection with accuracy of sequences, timestamp of oldest CDRs collected should

not be older than 2345H after end-of-day.

- Merged all SMS CDRs collected, and sends timely to revenue streams PPC/ICMS, maintaining

threshold of 4 (for each of ORDY mergers).

- Ensure that no CDRs will be stale either from collection or as output of prepaid processing.

- Ensure 100% connectivity of Real-Time Charging Processes and timely escalation to connected SMSCs

or MSP

• Data Management

- Timely and accurate execution of BCV process.

- Completeness of tape backup (backup contents) and accurate logging on Backup Index.

• General Systems Operation

- Ensure that handling of bypass & lifting for all Real-Time Deducts processes were correctly executed

with proper coordination with Content Providers and network group.

- Ensure prepaid ports connection 2 FE ports are always available and valid request for resets were duly

answered immediately.

- Timely and accurate escalation of problems referencing "escalation matrix" with every 15/30 minutes

follow-up updates till the problem/s was resolved.

- Ensure online provisioning systems are available at all times by performing consistent system

monitoring.

- Ensure that pending work orders are within the threshold set and agreed upon.

- Ensure that CSP oracle processes and SAF without feedback are within threshold.
