Reduction in consumption of bleaching chemicals by addition of Oxygen Delignification tower in the Chemical Bagasse Plant II of TNPL. We did a project at TamilNadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, which demonstrated that the addition of an Oxygen Delignification tower in the Chemical Bagasse Plant II will reduce the consumption of bleaching chemicals during pulp production. Extraction of lactic acid from fruit waste.

We identified the presence of glucose in fruit peels and then, we isolated it and then, converted it into lactic acid.

INPLANT TRAINING

I underwent inplant training at Sathyam Kissan Care during December 2018 for two weeks and learned about the Carrageenan Manufacturing Process of the company. ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS
