Working closely with supervisors, tool-room and weld technicians to resolve
quality concerns.
Keeping detailed Quality Log for team communication, utilizes log information to educate
production workers of all costumer concerns preventing the shipping of
substandard product to customer.
Training all production staff on OSI standards signing them off and filing
of appropriate paper work to keep in compliance for TS/QS audits.
Hourly fixture checks, and weekly updates of first-off approvals (FOA)
Receiving and inspecting component parts from suppliers.
Quarantining defective parts using DMR tags, and reworking defective parts.
Both destructive and none destructive weld testing. Measuring weld nugget sizes to make sure it meets quality standards.
Press Operator
Meeting production rates, tracking steel lot numbers, filling out production tags for parts bins

Troubleshooting press problems, tracking down time, and meeting production rates.
Liaising with supervisors and implementing the resolution to production and press problems.

Die Setter
Responsible for operating within QS standard
Timely, efficient die changeover and related paperwork
Safe operation of overhead crane and organization of dies in crane bay area
Liaising with supervision, millwrights, electricians, and tool-room to resolve die problems.
Material Handling
In charge of receiving all incoming steel coils and purchase components for press and robotics areas, tracking all incoming material using CMS computer system, creating spread sheets of all steel coils for scheduling supervisor to keep production boards updated.

Binning department, sorting of all incoming mail, fetching mail and packages for shipping, also packaging and shipping of product. This placement was only for the Christmas Season.
