Carry out document control activities in line with the Project Document control and Document Coding procedure.
Enforce the documentation control procedure in particular the change/revision control and validation process. Generate document numbers as required and control of numbering for internal issuer among others.
Coordinate with technical team for progress in the drawings / documents and all activities related to document control procedure. Including issuing technical documents.
Monitor document Workflow within the system and coordinate with involved parties/contractor as necessary.
