Coordinating and supervising construction activities on the sites for the maximum productivity.

Ensuring assigned works are finished in time and within estimated budgets.

Strong analytical and problem solving skill, resolve the problems when they rise.

Oversee and mentor sub ordinates, labors and liaise with variety of stakeholder.

Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.

Supervise and train the workers and trades peoples, supervise the use of machinery and equipments.

Responsible for structural and finishing activity of the projects.

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Co-operate and communicate effectively with construction manager, project manager and technical departments to provide assistance and technical support.

Preparing inspection requests to submit to the consultant and assist them during the time of various inspection

Doing snagging and des-nagging of projects with consultant, client and end-user for handing over the projects.
