Performed finite element analysis to support various completion tools: PrimeSET Liner Hanger, StackFRAC HD system and AeroSTAT Glass Barrier Sub. Conducted FEA analysis at both components and system levels including liners, packers, sleeves and entire assembly. Assessed FEA results under different loading conditions. Proposed design modifications based on the results. Wrote comprehensive FEA reports for both internal clients and external customers.

Conducted R&D on bonded seal designs with different profiles. Evaluated seal performance under pressure and thermal loading conditions. Optimized seal design using FEA results.

Developed detailed Abaqus finite element models and performed non-linear analysis on subsea repair clamps and connectors for Chevron JSM project. Evaluated different loading conditions including setting, MAOP, hydrstatic test and external tension and bending loads. Conducted low cycle fatigue and thermal fatigue analysis. Recommended design modifications based on analysis results. Prepared FEA reports for DNV certification.

Conducted R&D on GripLock connector. Performed detailed FEA on gripping and seal setting process at different temperature conditions. Proposed design modifications to reduce seal extrusion in high temperature environment based on analysis results.

Created finite element models and performed analysis on all existing products to qualify the design, including Swivel Ring Flanges, FlangeMate Flanges, Repair Clamps and GripLock Connectors. Wrote more than 50 FEA reports.

Developed ANSYS-Fluent CFD model for a jacketed agitated batch reactor. Performed CFD simulation of non-Newtonian fluid mixing process. Evaluated overall mixing and thermal performance. Prepared engineering report.
