Design Optimization for the Hypoid Gear by Using Structural Analysis.
Duration: 4 months.
Responsibility: To revaluate the design and track the report for the ANSYS software and detect errors from the action report, assess and correct them and perform the necessary action to complete the analysis successfully.
Summary of the project:
In this project, the 3-D modelled in UNIGRAPHICS and imported into ANSYS software to perform Static and Dynamic characteristics of hypoid gear and optimize if required.

Position: Mechanical Simulation Engineer (Intern)
Responsibilities:
Perform engineering calculations and analyses to model and predict component/subsystem performance, including mechanical stress analysis, thermal analysis, steady-state and transient analysis, mechanical joint design, statistical tolerance stack analysis, etc. under supervision of senior engineers.
Perform various reservoir simulation studies and monitor all present performance and prepare internal and external reports for various teams. Review it with the training department.
Develop all reservoir evaluation programs and analyse all results and develop reservoir models and ensure optimization of all management strategies for production profiles.
Give assistance and support to Casting Modelling and Simulation Team depending on current specific needs and requests.
