In my work history, I have successfully designed and implemented innovative Learning and Development (L&D) programs including Change Management and coaching. Most recently, I built an entire e-learning library of courses using Articulate 360 and video/digital design. To scale our current learning courses, I pitched and built the first L&D website for the Human Resources Department.
