WORK DESCRIPTION: AS MECHINICAL ESTIMATIOR:

•Review contract / tender documents, generate queries to consultants for any discrepancies or missing information from Contract documents.

•Review building plans, BOQ, drawings, specifications & ascertaining scope of works, Raising RFI to Client/Consultant & Main Contractor.

•Co-ordinating & guiding the quantity surveyors for the proper quantity take off & summarizing the quantities.

•Scheduling of Jobs & Monitoring the people for the timely completion of projects.

•Review the documents and float enquiries to vendors.

•Collecting, Studying and Selection of the appropriate Offers for the Mechanical Works from Sub-Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers with regular enquiry follow ups Analyze quotations received to ensure compliance with the specification.

•Evaluation of vendor’s technical & commercial proposal’s and making cost comparative statements in order to select technically and commercially suitable proposals.

•Meet with subcontractors and suppliers, when required to discuss and clarify technical and commercial aspects.

•Evaluating BOQ, specification and take –off quantity from drawings, preparation of Bill of Materials / Quantity before pricing.

•Analyzing and incorporating tender addendums and preparing proper qualifications in bid submission offer.

•Preparation of Job Cost Analysis report & breakdown prices.

•Preparation of alternative proposal for cost optimisation.

•To review tender documentation and identify the key elements of proposal in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

•Preparing selling price BOQ.

•Maintain up-do-date knowledge regarding the execution efficiency and difficulties faced by the company in current projects for mechanical works.

•Submission of feasible and accurate cost estimates for mechanical works.

•Look after all commercial aspects of Project Planning, Estimation and Cost Management

consisting of Tender Preparation, Quantity Survey, Variations, Claims, revision analysis and

interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors.

WORK DESCRIPTION: AS SITE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR IN AKSHA PROPERTIES PVT. LTD:

•Complying with all Company Policies, Quality procedures, Statutory Regulations, Safety Regulations and project Specifications

•Ensuring that the Quality of material and installation works are in accordance with the approved construction program / acceptance criteria / specifications / approved materials and method.
