Project Name : Mortgage Call Assessment

Client : Mizuho Financial Group (MFG)

Role : Developer

Description:Mizuho Financial Group is a non-banking financial group based in JAPAN. We worked with this client to provide detailed mortgage information to back office call center SMEs in a PDF document which is collected from various systems like Mizuho CRM system (Web Application), Mortgage system(Web Service), back end system (database) and some tools like Currency calculator (Web Application). Providing these details result in reducing data processing effort and explain in detailed assessment details and also reduce the error rates.

Implementation:

1.Accessing the Input Excel File from Shared folder provided by Call Centre SME’s.

2.Sorting the input data based on Region, Priority & available contact time of the customer.

3.Search for customer details in CRM system by using the inputs provided in excel sheet.

4.If customer details are available read the details and get them into collection.

5.If customer details are not available in CRM system search in Database.

6.If customer details are available in Database read the details and get them into collection and also update the same to CRM system as well.

7.Get the Mortgage details by calling the Mortgage web service by using inputs provided in input excel sheet.

8.Generate a PDF report by getting the final collection values into word file which contains a table with output template after completing all the records convert it into PDF.
