LCFPD is the second largest forest preserve district in Illinois. As of today, LCFPD protects and manages 65 forest preserves, 204 miles of trails and nearly 31,000 acres of natural lands. As Executive Assistant, I am primarily responsible for:
• Providing C-Level administrative support to two Directors including preparation of Board level documents
• Serving as an Office Manager for a staff of 60+ by providing day-to-day support for multiple departments and employees
• Ability to manage and provide excellent support to busy executives by anticipating and managing the work environment in order to allow them to do their jobs without distraction.

• Providing C-Level administrative support to the Director of Utilities including preparation of Board and Committee level documents
• Management of the City's Utility Billing Office and Field Staff (12 employees) providing water, sewer and solid waste service to approximately 38,000 residents
• Responsible for all departmental Human Resource functions including hiring and disciplinary action for a department of approximately 80 people
• Developed a departmental budget and completed water and sewer rate studies including recommendation of adjustment of rates
