JOB DESCRIPTION:
Secretarial Duties
Responsible for secretary and administrative duties necessary to maintain highly quality and efficient office of management
Making calls according to the instruction from COO and transfer to him
Taking messages and covey to COO
Prepare and manage internal correspondence and reports and distribute same
Implement and maintain office system.
Liaison with internal and external contacts.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Providing secretarial support to COO
HR & Administrative Duties
Monitor confirmation dates of new staff.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, and leave encashment.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
Administer payroll for all non-executive staff
Administer staff leaves
Maintain personnel files and records
Administer staff medical and insurance claims
