SP3D/PDMS Piping Designer

Worked on Invista ADN Revamp Project located on Victoria TX Site, assigned to Step two unit, using LFM laser scan as a primary routing tool, added lines in PDMS model per project P&ID’s, supervisor and plant engineer directions. Checked and supervised shared work from our low cost office located in Mumbai, India.

Conduct necessary fieldwork, take measurements to locate existing tie ins.

Accountable for offsite modules, on Magnolia LNG joint venture project with KBR, equipment and piping lay out using latest version of PDMS also used Navisworks software as a model review tool. This was an onshore project. Modified and picked up red marks using Auto Cad

Selected and supervised temporary structural members for pipe rack and pipe supports to guide structural department to final structural assembly, coordinating this work with discipline engineers and designers, closely following client directions.

Worked on MSP Mafumeira Sul Project for Cabinda Angola, a four level platform FEED, modeling pipe and equipment using PDMS latest version.

For Exxon Mobile Kizomba FPSO, remodeled pipe and equipment using point cloud as an auxiliary routing tool to locate existing piping, preparing isos for final IFC using PDMS.

Performed field trip to Equatorial Guinea, Africa visiting Alba platform owned by Marathon Oil to locate 23 tie in points, field sketching all involved pipe/equipment and modeled in PDMS.
