• Attended to the Orbitrap Fusion ESI Mass Spectrometry training workshop.

• Analyzed and interpreted Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS) data for fondaparinux and HS dp4 and dp6 using freestyle software, python, and MZ-mine.

• Developed a database of all possible chemical structures for small HS oligomers (dp4-dp6).

• Developed an automated CE-MS data analysis workflow whereby dp4-dp6 related peaks can be extracted from MS mzML files and then search against the database (still in progress).
