Upon PR and RE/SE concurrence, approves the protective measures required to ensure that components or system identified on the LOTO Permit are completely isolated so that work activities can safely performed and protect both personnel and equipment.

Ensures that safety Tags and Locks are placed and removed from designated equipment and system, including boundaries and supplemental sources, as required by LOTO Permit.

Ensured that the protective measures identified on the LOTO Permit are implemented prior to the start of work and are removed after the work is completed.

Ensures that the equipment / system is in a safe configuration after the work is completed.

Maintain safety lock records.
