I did this through multiple chart reviews, global education and per individual, if needed. I also have high level operations experience. I managed at the state level when needed. In addition to my clinical experience, I have Human Resource(HR) experience, Risk Management experience and billing experience at an Operations level. I have taught in many educational settings, such as, Corporate Group settings, small group settings and one to one settings.

HEALTH FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR-UNITED METHODIST OF CONNECTICUT

I was responsible for oversight of a 43 bed facility. We specialized in Huntington’s Disease. We maintained a 90% occupancy. We had deficiency free surveys to 1-2 citation surveys every year while I was HFA. In addition to my administrative skills, I was responsible for Human Resources(HR), billing services, Accounts Receivable, Risk Management and educational opportunities for the various staff members in a LTC facility.
