Lead the Layout and development of two NX11 conceptual gearbox models with a Future Programs Design Team. These models were then printed in 3D to aid the Future Programs management Team to pick a single concept for development of the Lube System and integral tank.

Lead for the Advance1 Inner Combustion Case and worked closely with the design team to develop an Aero efficient concept with welded air passages for ease of manufacture.

Worked with the Model Based Definition team incorporated AMSE Y14.41 MBD into our Inner Combustion Case and various Combustion Liner components for the Advance1 Concept demonstrator.

Demonstrated initiative and set a high standard of quality within a team environment on Defense programs like the Joint Strike Fighter’s LiftFan and F136 gearbox.

Created complex conceptual sector models allowing stress analysis on various TRENT issues.

Created a complex AE-2100D3 combustion liner layout for the CSD concept.

Worked on and maintained PLM compliant Models and drawings for engine programs AE3007, AE2100, AE1107C, M250, RR300, RR500 and 501-K.
