Category Manager, Procurement, North America Transportation and Logistics 2015-2019

Developed and led the North America transportation & logistics procurement and operations startup. Aligned, collaborated, and led sixteen locations (four business units) in North America. Responsible for P&L, Supplier and Location Relationship Management, Project Management, and service driving continuous improvement.

Seamlessly integrated new business acquisition (eight plants and one paper mill) inclusive of carrier base development, contracting, negotiations, transportation management (TMS) and freight payables system implementations in first ten weeks in role (two weeks ahead of schedule).
