• Perform field service work – Troubleshooting, Repair and Installation of control valves at Syncrude Canada, Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Shell Scotford, Dow Chemical Fort Saskatchewan, Dow Chemical Prentiss, Nova Chemicals Lacombe and Air Liquide Sherwood Park

• Assemble and test control valves. Ensure adherence to customer data sheets and engineering standards. Report any discrepancies to Planning department.

• Tear down end-user equipment using facility safety protocols and procedures. Document inspection findings and advise on course of action for complete repair. Prepare final repair report for customer.

• Perform pneumatic and hydrotesting on complete system assemblies. Calibrate positioners and prepare graphic reports from valve signature tests. Tube bending of valves and installation of instrumentation equipment.
