Utilizing SAP to assist with Dollar General rollout plan. Gathering reports from various transaction codes in SAP with the purpose of grouping by store, date, or description to properly organize information.

Responsible for continuously staging upcoming installs in SAP. Additionally, using ClickSoftware, I am tasked with scheduling the aforementioned trips and creating POs for external vendors’ installations.

Leveraging Microsoft Excel expertise to execute any necessary “VLOOKUP”, “IF”, “COUNTIF” and other functions in order to properly organize spreadsheet info so it is ready for whatever steps are upcoming.

Responsible for checking and altering Task Status for installs and TECOing them if need be. Depending upon whether installs were completed by internals or externals, the Z: drive or shared inbox are then utilized to gather the critical documents from these installs.

Billed seven different clients monthly using for their waste container removals, compactor rentals, and other service charges. These were presented using self-created, user friendly Excel spreadsheets which included the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Calculated company savings for each location billed. These were used in profitability reports and analysis to assist with the bidding and sales team. Used my knowledge of these client bills to aid in contract analysis with the goal of optimizing company profits.

Answered customer service questions for the clients I was responsible for. These ranged from billing inquiries to dealing with errant charges from our associate haulers.

Balanced clients’ accounts with on time payments and invoice reconciliation as needed.
