Business Development Activities: Finding out new Tenders, Evaluating Qualification requirements, understanding Joint venture conditions, finding out Joint Venture partner, negotiation with joint venture partner &sub-contractors etc.
Preparation of submittals: Preparation of Technical bid, co-ordination with Joint venture/ consortium partner/ specialized sub-contractor for submittals and compilation of all the submittals.
Attending meetings: Attending pre-bid, tender opening meetings. Meeting sub-contractors and manufacturers for competitive offers/ quotations during tendering stage.
Market Survey: Collecting rates of basic construction materials and getting offers from manufacturers and suppliers for bill of quantity items.
Study of Tender documents & preparation of Tender Estimate: Detailed study of bid documents, calculation / verification of quantities from drawings, preparation of BOQ and preparation of tender estimate including cash flow, quote summary and indirect cost required for project and presenting the same to management.
Project Management: Supervising project activities and managing labor / PRW contractors as per priority of the work and timely delivery of materials by coordinating with Store/ purchase department.
Contract Administration: Coordinating among Project Monitoring Consultant (Certified Engineers India Limited), labor/ PRW contractors and Client.
Client & Sub-contractor billing: Preparation of Client bill and supporting documents & vetting bill jointly with Client. Preparation of sub-contractor bill according to the Client certified quantities.
Quality Assurance: Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards, quality assurance plan & Client requirement.
