Key member of Incident Management group assessing and analyzing human and computer errors pertaining to various executive orders, FISA policies, procedures, and NSA requirements, etc.

Completed 4 months of rigorous studying and testing – approximately 50 tests. After successfully passing each test, became certified to access pages of information to perform assessment work.

Reviewed 14,000 individual incidents, classified each and determined status of each incident.
