Websites which hosts over 4000 B2B/B2C stores for IBM and its associate companies worldwide. The CCE code is based on WebSphere Commerce Business Engine. CCE provides a web and telephone sales platform for commerce, with the basic functions of catalog browsing, add to cart, checkout and customer satisfaction survey. In addition, CCE includes Multichannel Sales Center (MSC) feature, which provide reporting capability.
