Reevaluate, develop, and adjust existing decision trees and create new one ( if need )

(PMS) by:

1- Development & implementation of a GIS-Based Pavement Management System
(PMS) for the Egyptian General Authority for Road, Bridges and Land Transport
(GARBLT) ( L.E 3.3 Million ). Egypt. Total length of National Road Network included in project is 22,000 Kilometers.
Position: Senior Team Member
The main tasks of project included:
Establish a GPS based road network centerline map for the entire Egyptian National Road Network
Collect & assemble all road inventory data
Conduct a pavement evaluation distress survey for the entire network
Video log the entire road network using Video Mapping System (VMS) including all road furniture, services along the roads, etc.
Develop and implement a State of the art Pavement Management System and customize it to GARBLT s needs and local conditions
Develop short / long term pavement maintenance and rehabilitation needs and programs
Develop a GIS map integrated with the PMS
2- Technical and Software Maintenance Support of the GARBLT GIS-Based Pavement Management System.

3- Group 2 Survey of the Transportation Master Plane and feasibility Study of Urban Transport Project in Greater Cairo Regional in the Arab Republic of Egypt Study (CREATS-Cairo Regional Area Transportation Study ), conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency( JICA), in cooperation with the higher committee for Greater Cairo Transport Planning Group 2 surveys included Screen line, Traffic Count, Travel Speed, Road Condition, and Parking surveys. 4- Implementation of the Practical Demonstration of Traffic Safety Education Program and Campaign as a part of the Transportation Master Plane and feasibility Study of Urban Transport Project in Greater Cairo Regional in the Arab Republic of Egypt Study
( CREATS-Cairo Regional Area Transportation Study ), conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency( JICA), in cooperation with the higher committee for Greater Cairo Transport Planning.
