9+ years work of experience at SPI Global, and overall 13 years experience in publishing domain.

With my own interest, I have implemented many tools in production services and especially to increasing productivity and quality.

PXE FQA process in pearson account by 30%” and cost savings for this project is 5000$.

I have received the “Silver medal” and “Bronze medal” from “aspire university at SPI” for process improvement for consecutive year.

Currently doing for Lean six sigma Green belt project for “Overall PXE improvement in Pearson account” and the estimate cost saving for the project is around 9000$.

I have managed over 120 projects (COMP PXE) last year after the TAT issues has came, and brought up COMP TAT by below 3 days.

Job Profile :

Vendor management. It includes Managing vendor deliverables, managing compliance as well payment of invoices.

Leading the technical team and develop technical issues and executions.

POC for COMP PXE, Magnus (internal tracking system), and Working closely to implement file movement for production through Magnus system.

All UAT/Live tool testing, and Analyze automation points from weekly QC feedback.

Managing Technical, pre and Post production team, Analyzing PXE related feedback and conducting regular PXE feedback session to production team.

Analyze the Project for new workflow and raise automation as required.

Ability to troubleshoot the all kind of issues in InDesign, PXE related issues

Regular follow up with typesetting, proofreading, artwork creation, and understand their gaps and raise automation request to TSG.
