The pricing platform project is intended to replace the current Excel-based pricing platform used by all Mobility and Business Solutions sellers for custom deals. The new tool will be a more user-friendly tool that provides better feedback to the pricer and seller, enabling better pricing decisions that will result in more successful sales pitches and better revenue realization. The current pricing tool, internally developed in 2006, does not have any integrated reporting or analytics, which leads to limited availability of the resulting data. The Future Pricing Platform project/system consists of two distinct/related/integrated subsystems:

1.“FPP” i.e. Future Pricing Platform transactional/OLTP system/project

2.“PA” i.e. Profit Analyzer analytics/OLAP system/project powered by the Vendavo Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution

In addition to the above the code is to be developed and deployed to the as micro services Environment and use Docker for bootstrapping development environment of the platform built with micro services architecture.
