May’12 to Dec’14:

Acted as General Foreman of 1 station (Qatar Entertainment City QEC) and performed major civil works wherein 1 station =40,000m3 concrete, 3x6000m2 slab, 200 walls casting, massive elements

Supervised the production staff that included 3 foremen & 200 workers on double shift production and subcontractors on site (Rebar, concrete suppliers, waterproofing, backfilling)

Collaborated with Plant and Logistic Departments as well as with QA/QC and Client Inspectors for getting all the inspections done with reference to the ITP

Coordinated with Safety Inspectors and created a safe working environment for teams

Supervised manpower resources and implemented the drawings

Developed daily reports or each activities with proper breakdown of materials and manpower for the Cost Control team to generate KPI’s, track the budget and rate of manpower used for each activity

Ensured to coordinate between different trades namely Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Architectural

Jan’15 – Feb’17:

Acted as Sr. General Foreman of 1 station (Qatar Petroleum City QAP) and executed secondary civil works like building, blockworks, plaster, screeds, platform constructions

Collaborated with subcons of doors, metal works, false ceilings and flooring

Scrutinized secondary civil works of 1 underground station = 75000 Nos. Hollow blocks, 5000 m2 plaster, screed on floors, concrete walls and mass concrete for platform)

Mar’17 to Jun’19

Acted as Sr. General Foreman of 1 station (Legtaifiya Interchange Station) and conducting secondary civil works like building blockworks, plaster, screeds, platform constructions

Assessing and coordinating with subcons of doors, metal works, false ceilings and flooring

Monitoring secondary civil works of 1 underground station = 145000 Nos. Hollow blocks, 9000 m2 plaster, screed on floors, concrete walls and mass concrete for platform) as well as building of all shafts at street level

Jul’19 to Dec’ 19

Acted as Sr. General Freman of a bypass rail skip stop solution project at Lusail Plaza Station

Assessing and coordinating with subcons of MEP, Architectural works, Systems and with Rail laying team
