Work experience

December 2018 – February 2020 «Baker Hughes», Moscow, Russia

Position: Procurement specialist

Responsibilities: placing purchase orders, negotiating prices, creating POs, ensuring deliveries and payments are on time, managing GR and IR issues, working with contracts, adding supplier to ASL, working with monthly reports.

Achievements: placed requisitions quickly, made a lot of price discounts, achieved that all deliveries were on time, managed that GR placement by material team was on time, achieved that there were no complaints from the suppliers by paying on time, uploaded invoices to SAP correctly that there were no issues in SAP Workflow, quickly prolonged all the contracts with my suppliers to year of 2020.

Responsibilities: translating invoices, extracting the customs declarations and agreements from 1C and SAP what needed for the returning VAC and internal audit; enquirering the documents from the vendors and company’s departments for the customs value adjustment.

Achievements: unloaded the work of logisticians, prepared the documents for the audit.

Responsibilities: checking the vendors for arrears on nalog.ru, preparing documents for the primary information: working with invoices, assets, finding the information about material numbers and manufacturer countries in SAP.

Achievements: done a 3-week work for one week which included invoice with 1800 materials.
