• Inspect the work performed each day for compliance with the contract documents and has the authority to direct the removal/replacement of non-conforming work and/or materials. Supervise and coordinate the inspection and tests made by other members of the QCM team.

• Certify that all materials and delivered to the project site complies with the project documents.

• Review, approve or disapprove and /or certify those submittals designated to be checked by the QCM

• Report deviation for the contract documents on the Contractors Daily Quality Control Report.

• Maintain a check-off list of work that does not comply with the contract, including a description of non- complying work, discovery date, and correction date.

• Up-date and maintain the “as-built” drawings.

• Immediately stop any segment of work which does not comply with the contract documents.

• This applies to off-site as well as on-site work.

• Provide SSHO level 4 services.

• Enforce EM-385-1-1 regulations.

• Review AHA and APP compliance.

• Conduct Site Safety Assessments.

• Fall Protection Competent Person

• Fall Protection Program review and enforcement

Superintendent/Safety Officer

• Primary duties include project planning, proposals, contractor scheduling, logistics planning and material staging.

• Responsible for Supervision of all construction on and off the site. Review, approve or disapprove submittals and shop drawings.

• Develop and monitor construction schedule. Prepare and review three week look ahead schedule. Coordinate and control the work of subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers and company personnel.

• Responsible for reporting project progress daily to the project managers

• Managed cost control, project reporting for billings, cost overruns and savings

• Establish and maintain a complete knowledge or project plans and specs to assure project conformance

• Ensure that all company operations comply with all pertinent government laws, rules and regulations

• Update and maintain “as-built” Drawings

• Ordering of material and equipment

• Schedule all inspections and tests

• Implement company safety program.

• Maintain daily safety logs.

• Conduct “Tail gate safety meetings” and site safety assessments

• Oversee the Project Fall Protection Programs and monitor for compliance

• Review AHA’s with crews and make amendments when necessary.

• Enforce EM385-1-1, OSHA and EPA regulations.
