Manage metals manufacturing activity, provide direction and coordination to operational teams of several diverse manufacturing groups engaged in manufacturing metallic or non-metallic high-pressure and low-pressure ducting systems for aerospace, military and commercial applications. Essential duties and responsibilities: organize programs to plan, deliver production schedules, support and improve manufacturing efforts through KPI’s, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. Provide indirect supervision to a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, forming, machining, welding and nondestructive testing processing.
