Responsible for complete mechanical design of environment simulation products such as climatic chamber, rain and Dust chamber, medical refrigerator, industrial ovens. Assigned with responsibilities of creating 3D CAD Models, Part Drawings and complete Bill of Materials for environmental chambers.

Responsible for design and development of Sheet Metal Drawings for laser cutting and punching process. Assisting and solving problems in the shop-floor by working closely with production team involved in fabrication, assembly and testing.

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing the vibration and noise levels in test chambers. Responsible for coordinating with Sales team for incoming inquiries and requests for quotations. Responsible for preparing preliminary GA Drawings and technical quotes. Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market. Key Projects:

Project 1: Paper honeycomb core board laminating machine Responsible for complete mechanical design calculation of Laminating machine. Analysis of structural loads, Grouting calculation and selection of components such as bearings, Shaft materials and electrical motors.

Creating 3D CAD Models, Part Drawings and complete Bill of Materials for laminating machine. Project 2: Battery Test Chamber

Responsible for design of Battery Test Chamber for testing and validating batteries' ability to withstand environmental extremes and stress.

Assigned with responsibilities for selecting safety features for the test chamber with respect to EUCAR Battery Hazard levels.
