Overview
I have over 29 years of experience in construction of major roads and bridges projects, Buildings and Infrastructure work including water lines, sewer lines, storm water, pumping stations and all other utility works. During this period, I have been working in managerial positions with first grade contractors, consultancy firms and with Qatar Public Works Authority ASHGHAL, Abu Dhabi Municipality road Department for construction supervision and management of Expressway, Highways and Municipal roads.
During this period I was exposed to various types of works, and was responsible for supervising the construction staff, managing the construction process through the project lifecycle since project initiation till the close out and handing over.

Sr. Resident Engineer – QS036 Roads & Infrastructure for Government Residential
Division Project in South of Al Wukair
QS036 Residential South of Al Wukair project is a new master planned development located approximately 3 km South of Al Wukair City, 8 km Southwest of Al Wakrah City and 18 km South of Doha City. Responsibilities include managing all the construction aspects on site and take lead for the project, oversee the Contractor’s activities, liaison with the Client ASHGHAL, and all stakeholders. QS036 is divided into 4 packages. Having managed the project through my team of three (3) Resident Engineers, and approx. 45 mid-level engineering staff mobilized to site. I have significantly contributed to the Project progress, Project Controls, Planning, Commercial, Safety, Quality and all Construction elements for Roads, Structures and utilities throughout from conception to delivery.
May 2015 – May 2018 AECOM Middle East Doha (Qatar)
Sr. Construction Manager – New Doha Orbital Expressway Project
Orbital project connects New Doha Port to Al-Khor and consist of approx. 185 km length, 25 major and minor junctions. The total Contract value worth approx.17 Billion Qatari Riyals. Responsibilities include managing all the construction aspects on site and take lead for the project, oversee the Contractor’s activities, liaison with the Client ASHGHAL, PMC and all stakeholders. Strategically, the Expressway is divided into 4 projects. Having managed the project through my team of four (4) Sr. Resident Engineers, Twelve (12) Resident Engineers and approx. 230 mid-level engineering staff mobilized to site. I have significantly contributed to the Project progress, Project Controls, Planning, Commercial, Safety, Quality and all Construction elements for Roads, Structures and utilities throughout from conception to delivery.
