RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing of DG sets from 5kva to 1250kva, engines from Ashok Leyland and Perkins and alternators from Stamford, Leroy Somer, Crompton Greaves and Kirloskar.

• Supporting to service team and troubleshooting the site Problems over Phone calls.

• Receiving feedback from Site engineers and taking corrective actions to rectify.

• Testing generators using 512kw,120kw & 80kw resistive load bangs

• Testing standard, AMF, and sensing panel sets

• Measuring sound level for Dg sets and coordinating for ARAI Type Approval and COP.

• Troubleshooting in Engines, Alternators and control Panels.

• Pre Dispatch Inspection of DG sets.
