Scrum Master

Amazon is an American multinational retail services corporation and is one of the largest online markets’ services groups in the world. The use of Scrum in Amazon established stable teams, which makes agile and scrum information widely and easily available. Collaborated, facilitated, lead and coached 2 Scrum teams responsible for developing a portal-based web product for premier media, event, information and strategic marketing services for the retail company.

Responsibilities:

•Proactively identify impediments and guide the team to remove impediments using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)

•Collect information on the strategic positioning of diverse financial processes for clients to optimize and align programs to meet strategic initiatives effectively.
