Manufacturing Process Engineer June 2005 to December 2008 Launched new products and improved processes into the Chicago Manufacturing Plant. Developed solutions for engineering and production issues. Created and continuously updated technical and product specifications.

Improved quality and labor time for cell configurations in the friction and assembly processes with simulations and MOST “Maynard Operating Sequence Technique”. This resulted in improved efficiency through process standardization and reduced labor cost by more than 8%.

Designed and developed fixtures for the optimization of grinding and assembly processes thus significantly reducing change over in the grinding process and improving efficiency and process time for the assembly operation. Production throughput increased 35% while quality issues dropped by 20%.
