Led a cross functional team to improve service level from 74% to 88% within 3 months of being employed, using my technical background and expertise to reduce overstock inventories by 3% through a rebox process getting $2.5m in sales during 2019.

Coordinated with warehouse for customer deliveries in order to satisfy Customer orders.

Launched labeling and packaging global system (PaGOS) to manage and optimize master data for packaging material and packaging specification in a coherent global system. A total of 7k SKUs affected by the new system migration.

Production/Manufacturing Key User for complete life cycle of data migration from legacy system AS400 to SAP with 98%+ accuracy of 30K+ bill of materials during data migration into the operational system for Go-live.

Analyzed, prepared, cleansed, enriched and validated master data for system migration, over 125,000+ transaction lines being officially processed through the new platform.

No operational / production issues after Go-live related to material data migrated to new system.

Manufacturing Process Engineer June 2005 to December 2008 Launched new products and improved processes into the Chicago Manufacturing Plant. Developed solutions for engineering and production issues. Created and continuously updated technical and product specifications.

Improved quality and labor time for cell configurations in the friction and assembly processes with simulations and MOST “Maynard Operating Sequence Technique”. This resulted in improved efficiency through process standardization and reduced labor cost by more than 8%.

Designed and developed fixtures for the optimization of grinding and assembly processes thus significantly reducing change over in the grinding process and improving efficiency and process time for the assembly operation. Production throughput increased 35% while quality issues dropped by 20%.
