Project Detail : FSS has four application(WSA,CREST,CAMS,ELF).FSS helps the partner and Customer to create,fetch,update and deleting an order for hardware and software products.
CAMS (Care Pack Management System) enables the business to manage all fixed Support Services products throughout their life. CAMS also provide Reporting capabilities to business entities for analysis.
CReST (Cross Reference Support Tool) is the Master Data System of Record for Fixed Support Services. CReST contains available offers and pricing for support services worldwide. CReST data is leveraged directly by CAMS and SSC in addition to providing data to downstream sources about Support Service offers.
ELF-pack (ELectronic Fulfilled Support Services) is an externally-facing web-based application that is used by HPE Channel Partners (Resellers and Distributors) to search for, order and register HPE Support Services. ELF works in tandem with WWCAMS to allow the Support Services Business to funnel registrations into the Business’ control.
WSA (Web Services Advisor, formerly known as PQWS) is a service that provides warranty quotes for our partners.
